At Noor Canvas, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, we will make it right.

1. 100-Day Return Policy

You have 100 days from your delivery date to request a return or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unpainted, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

To start a return, contact us at support@noorcanvas.com. Once approved, we will send you full return instructions.

2. Free Return Shipping

We cover return shipping costs worldwide. You will never pay anything to send an item back.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.

4. Exchanges

Prefer an exchange? Just let us know when you contact us. We will process your replacement as soon as your return is approved.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged? Contact us immediately at support@noorcanvas.com with photos. We will send you a replacement at no cost - no return needed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have already been painted or used.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
